       High Reliability: Features high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 150 MPa), excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, and virtually no aging—making it ideal for clean zones as well as areas prone to frequent lightning activity.
       Traditional craftsmanship: Utilizing a high-temperature sintering process, these porcelain components feature a dense internal structure and exhibit stable power-frequency breakdown voltage. However, they are highly brittle and significantly heavier—approximately 5 to 10 times heavier than composite insulators.
       Maintenance requirements: Regular inspection for surface cracks is necessary, and in polluted environments, flashovers are likely to occur, so cleaning or the application of anti-flashover coatings should be implemented accordingly.

    Application scenarios:
    Widely used in industrial applications such as 110kV to 1000kV transmission lines, substation equipment, and electrostatic precipitators, it demonstrates exceptional stability especially in coastal areas with salt spray and high-altitude regions.

    Comparative advantage:
    Compared to glass insulators, ceramic insulators are heavier and have higher maintenance costs; however, they offer superior resistance to aging but weaker performance in resisting contamination.
